Abstract
Since old times, the written work that was communicated to the public "turned political, religious and moral passions, convulsions or rage". From the Albert Labarre "History of book", "Preface", which was one of the most important book researchers, we find out wise words about the book, "this soul medicine", that will be actual till the written book will exist: "They stole books, they stole from books, they stole with books, they stole to books. And then they swear on books". The present study analysis the infringement regulated by art. 141 of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, amended by Law
no. 187/2012 for application of Law no. 286/2009 on Criminal Code.
