Abstract
In this article we try to point out the subtle connection between the semantics of the word „civilization” in connection with copyright and the creativity of the human mind. In this context, the reality of the creation-exploitation duality is rebuilt in the area of legal norms in the field of copyright in order to „establish a certain discipline” in the relationships that are born. As a consequence, copyright does not transform creativity into a static phenomenon, but it protects the energetic manifestation in literary, artistic and scientific works.
