Abstract

Starting from the criminalization of the offences related to the regime of copyright and related rights in the Romanian legislation, the article presents and analyzes the general methodological framework for investigating these offences provided by Law no. 8/1996 on the copyright and related rights. Also, the article presents and analyzes the main issues to be clarified for investigators related to the forensic investigation of the infringements related to copyright and related rights, as well as carrying out probative procedures often disposed by the judicial bodies.
