About the Journal
PRESENTATION THE ROMANIAN JOURNAL OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW
The Romanian Journal of Intellectual Property Law is published quarterly (the first issue appeared in December 2004) and is the only publication in Romania in the field of intellectual property law in which specialists present various analyses, studies, commentaries, judicial practice, comparative law, etc., with the aim of promoting knowledge and implementation of the legal provisions in this area, as well as enabling those interested to acquire the rules of conventional and European Union law concerning intellectual property.
The Scientific and Editorial Board of the journal includes distinguished academics from public and private universities in Romania; judges, prosecutors, lawyers, legal advisers; specialists from the Romanian Copyright Office and the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, as well as members of professional organizations active in the field.
The Scientific Board also includes distinguished academics from universities in France, Italy, Canada, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, and Cyprus.
The Romanian Journal of Intellectual Property Law is recognized by the National Council for Scientific Research – CNCS (code – 662) and is indexed in www.ebscohost.com; www.ceeol.com; and www.heinonline.org – international databases recognized in the field of legal sciences (according to Annex 24 of Order no. 64219/2016 of the Minister of National Education and Scientific Research).
The title of our publication, “The Romanian Journal of Intellectual Property Law,” is a registered trademark with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks under no. 64219/09.06.2004 and belongs to the Scientific Association of Intellectual Property Law.
