Abstract

„Despite the fact that lately, "plagiarism" is publicized and even considered in the public space of Romania, the typical perception of it remained at the level of its "simplistic meanings" namely the "reproduction in a paper, without citation, of fragments from previoux works".

Realizing that a minimum shading of the subject is required, topic that became of "national interest", the present study is intended as a contribution to thorough interpretation of the internal legal regulations dedicated to "plagiarism".
