Abstract
It is hard to imagine a united Europe in which the titles of protection in industrial property field are not uniform. Such titles already exist when speaking about trademarks, designs and models. The construction of an uniform patent protection producing identical effects in all the Member States of the European Union proves to be difficult and the barrier which it has been impossible to overcome until today is one of a linguistic nature. But if we are channel towards a truly united Europe where we are speaking the language of a country in the process of leaving the Union, then this patent will exist.
