Abstract

The establishment of a general framework of evaluation of the plagiarized works, accepted by most of the persons involved in the creation of intellectual works is the main objective considered in the present study.
It is obvious that the author does not focus on finally tracing the limits of such framework for the evaluation of plagiarism, but sketches certain criteria and requirements that characterize him, being aware of the fact that by the contribution of the concerned persons activating in the spiritual fields such standard can be agreed upon.
The issue of plagiarism, as old as the world and the one of punishing plagiarists, as necessary as justice, takes on a large range of appreciation difficulties. This is why the present study was born out of the absence of the unanimously accepted criteria of evaluation of the originality of intellectual creations. The author hopes that his endeavor, imperfect, will be welcome and that it arouses approval and interest.
