Abstract

The prejudice, alongside the illicit deed, is the key element triggering civil liability, which is why the author briefly reviews the forms and principles, and, from amongst the civil liability conditions, the prejudice.This study highlights the peculiarities of the damage caused by the violation of intellectual property rights, with reference to the provisions of the Civil Code based on the restitutio in integrum rule.
