Abstract
Starting from the analysis of the provisions of Article 195 of the Law no.8/1996 regarding the copyright and the related rights, the article presents and analyzes the main problems related to carrying out the computer search in case of this crime. Performing the computer search in the case of the crime of unauthorized reproduction on computer systems of computer programs overlaps with carrying out another probationary procedure often used in the forensic investigation, namely, the on-site investigation in the case of cybercrimes.
