Abstract
The purpose of copyright regulation is to protect the creator on the one hand and the work itself on the other. In order to achieve this objective, the creator of a new cultural product must be identified. Although at first sight it appears as a false problem, the legal qualification of the contribution of various entities to the creation of works of art has raised multiple legal issues, especially with the development of technology. If in the case of legal entities, spirits and animals the solution was an easy one to identify, in the case of new forms of artificial intelligence, the alert evolution of technology makes any discussion today can become outdated tomorrow.
