Considerations on the transposition of article 17 of the Directive 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights on the Digital Single Market

Abstract
Although the directives of the European Union Legislator are clear, being easily transposed into national legislation of the Member States, as far as the Directive 2019/790 is concerned there have been major issues regarding article 17 which will be analyzed in the following.
