Abstract
Moral rights are an important part of copyright, both at national and international level. At national level, European countries have found various ways to regulate this topic, to a lesser or greater extent. And at the international level we have the Berne Convention, which imposes a minimum degree of protection for these rights in the signatory states. Therefore, we notice a missing piece: European legislation. In this paper we will analyze the regulation or, more precisely, the lack of regulation of moral rights at European level, also offering a series of proposals de lege ferenda for a possible improvement of the current situation.
